Good UV protection in the southern sun

Put them on our fifth wheel. They have a soft lining and a good fit on the tires. The bungee clasp that comes with the kit is quite odd and impractical. We bought regular bungee cords and they are much easier to use. In fact, I'm not sure how much a bungee is needed. We had strong winds and loose tires were fine.
