Installed on my 12" Craftsman band saw. They assemble with reasonable effort and with the help of two spring clips. Heating helped, and stretching from the start allowed for more play in the final part of the Pulley. Spring clips hold the belt on the pulley so you can change the position of your hands. I've used the saw several times with new belts. They run well, my blade stays centered on the belts and the blades cut smoothly again. These belts keep my saw running like new even though it was bought new in the late 1980's.
