I bought two of these units for our concession sale and they have worked great. The three bowls are large and the lid stays open while you access the product in the bowls. Those ice packs that were included to keep items cold didn't work as well as I had hoped, but I replaced the blue ice packs or added blue ice packs to the cold ice packs and it worked fine.
