Tried Key Keto Strawberry Lime Lemonade. Both taste great, dissolve well in any liquid and don't make you nervous. Some reviews say half a spoon. During my workouts, I use a full scoop mixed with 40 ounces of water. This allows me to increase the intensity over a longer period of time.
