It's very nice and soft, it was very pretty and shiny when it arrived but after one wash it lost a lot of luster and looks like a $5-10 pillowcase, which I bought from SHEIN lol. I haven't noticed any difference in my hair or skin either (I've been using it for a week), for people wondering if they won't spend $30 on it, it's not real silk, it's polyester 100% polyester material can Very similar to silk and sometimes difficult to distinguish, silk should be much shinier. Silk is also a lot more expensive so it's definitely a 'good' alternative I think, but it's NOT SILK AS IT SAYS. I did a little research and remembered that changing the name from poly to silk is easier and a lot cheaper than selling real silk. Do your own research on this brand and you will see
