PERFECT for making Greek yogurt in an instant cup!

I have an Instant Pot Duo currently on sale for $49: https://www.amazon.com/Instant-One-Touch-Multi-Use-Programmable-Pressure/ dp/B07R6V1MXW /ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=Instant+Pot&qid=1624388125&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&sr=8-3 Although I use it for vegetables and other foods, it is great for making yogurt. I make my yogurt 1:3 one and a half and whole milk. I then strain it to make the creamiest, tastiest yogurt I've ever eaten. Sifting yogurt is key to making delicious yogurt. The TeamFar Strainer is PERFECT for the Stainless Steel Instant Pot. Once the yogurt has set in the Instant Pot, I carefully pour it into a stainless steel bowl, rinse the pot, then line the strainer with either paper towels or oversized coffee filters: https://www.amazon.com/gp. /product/B01IYD1MII/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Then I put the strainer in a stainless steel pot, line it with a strainer, pour it over the yogurt and put it in the fridge, cover the yogurt with plastic wrap. I'll be checking back a few times over the next few hours and backing off the whey carbs until the yogurt is the consistency of soft cream cheese. I turn the trainer upside down, remove the filter paper and place the yogurt in recycled yogurt containers. The strainer does a great job and I can often remove 1/3 of the liquid by volume. Simply a great product! I recommend this filter unreservedly.
