There is a long cable from where the USB connector plugs into the TV. There is no glue to attach this cable to the TV so I had to use tape. Additionally, it has an IR cable dangling from the back of the TV to receive the signal from the remote control. I ordered a set for a 58 inch TV. But they are short so I can't position the light along the back edge of the TV, I had to position it a few inches below the top of the TV. Combinations are limited compared to other kits I tried downloading the flashlight app but couldn't find that this kit worked with the app so I contacted the company and found out that the app doesn't work with this light kit The positive thing about this lighting kit is that it covers 4 sides of the back of the TV instead of 3.
