reviews are not true. I read the reviews and they are definitely not talking about the same webcam. Quality: No different than my laptop camera. Image quality is very basic. Microphone: It picks up a lot of background noise, making my voice sound very quiet when trying to conduct virtual meetings. The camera stopped working after a week. When I tried to get help from the seller, I received instructions that were like reading a word cloud. It was difficult to see. I was very disappointed with this purchase because I had been waiting for this for so long.
