Review on Men'S Adjustable Slip-On Double Buckle Slides By LUFFYMOMO by Doug Bunkers

Incredibly Poor Manufacturing

I ordered a size 10 (My normal shoe size) of the newer model sandal originally. The sandal came with a size 10 sticker and a size 41 European imprinted into the sandal. That's a two size variance. It fit like a size 8 (Size 41 European). I returned that pair. After this, I ordered three pairs a size 9 of the older model, a size 10 of the older model, and a size 10 of the newer model. Just like last time the size 10 of the newer model was off two sizes. Size 10 of the older model did end up fitting well. However, the arch support in the sandal ends up hitting in a weird spot. It hits in like the middle of the foot, around the ball of your foot.At the end of the day, these are less than half the cost of a pair of similar Birkenstocks. That should be taken into account. However, even with the reduced cost of the sandals I still expect better manufacturing practices to be put in place. I'll keep them, but they are somewhat of a letdown.

Pros
  • Not sure how long they'll hold up if I start walking around outdoors.
Cons
  • The material used to construct these slides is low quality and prone to tearing
