Great Customer Engagement Tool That Has Room For Expansion

I like that you can see your history at all times! The data is there if needed! You cannot just do one of these promotions then forget about it once its over -- because as soon or shortly after as this promotion's done they are coming out with another new program!! It would be nice having multiple options available in different time frames instead of 1 shot per month. If someone had asked me 5 years ago what my business goal was when deciding which CRM tools we wanted, this has been it right here. This tool fits perfectly into where i'm currently running & where they're aiming (customizing) future offerings too!! I like how they combine social media marketing with email marketing. They have a very good customer service team that is always willing to help us out. The interface of their platform can be clunky at times. It's a good product to use if you're looking for a way to engage your audience via multiple channels. We are using Entytle to manage our Facebook campaigns. So far I haven't found anything that I dislike about this program.

  • Can easily create an ad
  • Has built in analytics tracking system
  • Social Media Marketing integration easy access across platforms such Twitter/Facebook etc.
  • Email Management features within each campaign section including templates / autoresponders
Cons
  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
