This product allows to create new profiles in just one click, you can easily upload documents (eletronic or physical), it has an awesome dashboard with clear reports that help me get important information about my candidates all at once time!! The best thing is its mobile apps! It's so simple use this software if your job involves recruiting people. Nothing really I don't like but when we started using their services everything turned into great fun since then they are supporting us always by giving good ideas how recruit more clients/candidates each day etc I like that you can search for candidates by skills, location, etc. The filters are very useful. It's not intuitive to use. You have to click through several options before you get to where you want to be. Sometimes it takes a while to load as well. If you're looking for something that is easy to use, this isn't it. There are other tools out there that do the job better than this one. We were using Google Sheets to keep track of resumes we received. This made it easier for us to organize them.
