There were a few differences like the top of the case didn't have 4 pockets in a 2x2 facing each other design. Mine was 3 pockets all facing up which translates to the pocket opening will face down while being carried. This kind of annoyed me that the my sleeves of button batteries would slide around, but the elastic is tight enough that they all get caught and stay in the pockets so far.The bottom battery storage foam wasn't glued or permanently in place so when I put my batteries in it's reverse of the view with the 9 volts closest to the user. Mine also had 12 extra AA and 8 AAA spots in place of the proposed battery tester in the product image. Which is not included and the description doesn't say one is included, but there was a place for a tester. Well no just more storage for more batteries.Overall I like the organization and quick grab and go of the organizer to bring batteries with you (just not on flights, you'll definitely get stopped taking this through security). But one drawback is it's a lot of money in batteries once full so don't leave this in a car or anywhere it could be stolen. That's the only benefit of a hodgepodge of batteries is nobody would think of stealing them. But a $20 case with $80+ of batteries is worth taking. This should fit in most kitchen drawers or any utility closet.
