First, I would give the seller 10 stars if I could (I'll explain later). I gave ½ stars for the difficulty of placing the fan on the mount. This is a very tight fit. I had to twist the body part a bit with needle nose pliers to fit over the clamp. The rest of the installation was pretty easy. Another ½ star discount was for the baffle (the part that sits under the fan blades to further disperse the air). I don't know if it was damaged in shipping or because I was trying to mount the fan on a bracket or there is a manufacturing defect, but it rubs against the case during a small part of its rotation. Not a big deal as it still works, but sometimes it makes noise when rubbed. I contacted the seller to see if this issue could be fixed but he said no but willing to replace the fan although everything works fine. For that I give the seller 10 stars. I ended up turning down the offer to replace it as everything works and it's only a minor distraction and the deflector can be turned off so it doesn't need to be used. Basically, I am satisfied with the fan.
