Review on eCater by Harry Love

The best part about this software is that it helps me connect with my target audience in real time through emails, phone calls, or text messages! It's very easy for customers who are new to your business to create an account because they can just follow prompts as simple as "Hello." I also like how customizable everything is; from creating campaigns/promotions, tracking sales data, etc., there isn't anything out of place here! As far as what could be improved upon? There really wasn't much I disliked - even their support team was helpful when we needed help!! We implemented e-caters into our website which has been great so far due to having customer feedback immediately available. Also being able to track all orders within one system makes life easier than using 3 different apps (Facebook Messenger app, email inboxes, CRM).
