First of all I want to say a big thank you to Revain's customer service, they are the best! USPS messed up my shipment and the only USPS customer service number I could find was sent to this extremely frustrating automated phone system that did nothing. I mean there was no way to talk to a real person. Anyway, I called Revain customer service and not only did they charge me $30 for a shipping mix-up (which wasn't their fault) but they were able to put me in touch with a real customer service representative at USPS to help resolve my issue problem to help problem. . At least with a review. The smart oven is professional. It really does everything that is advertised with perfection. It's small (about the size of a small microwave oven) and will fit almost anything you want to cook in it. I live alone and this has really replaced my oven. My girlfriend couldn't believe I paid almost $300 for a toaster I could buy at Walmart for $50. But you get what you paid for.
