I've had one for many years and my girlfriend liked it so much I gave it to her and then ordered this replacement. Same block but refurbished which made the cost acceptable. The device works as it should and has an interior light as a bonus! Just an amazing little oven that is used all the time. Don't be afraid of the refurbished. Mine has arrived and looks brand new! The hot air function significantly shortens the cooking time and makes baking more even. It's just a very "cool" oven!

EXTREMELY difficult to clean. Upper heating elements are not possible, so they do not heat either. You may have to try turning it upside down to get to them. I need to make it self cleaning like my big oven. I often use it for frying, so the fat is baked. It says to use only a damp cloth to clean the elements. REALLY? Just a damp cloth to remove burnt-in grease stains? Unpleasant deposits form on the fan side. It's 2 years old now and probably needs replacing as this one stinks in the kitchen.
