Dealer cost me $71 net + time, road, or shipping. There are no instructions, but there is no point. It took maybe 5 minutes or less to figure out and install. The bottom loops connect directly to the existing mount, and for the top hook, simply thread the loop through one of the included "open barrels," then into the carabiner's receiver and slide the barrel over the receiver, allowing it to the clamps loop inside. Your top carabiners can now be hooked onto the existing connector rings in the hold. I have a 2018 Santa Fe Sport.
