Firstly, the power supply, an important aspect that limits voltage and current, is not included. Instead, you just get a regular USB cable. It doesn't make sense since USB cables can't limit the voltage. So it's useless. Also, mine arrived already assembled in an open envelope (which was then wrapped in an Amazon box) so I'm not sure if it's been used or not. For a horrendous price (almost twice what you'd get elsewhere), I expected a complete power supply and a brand new item. Just not satisfied with buying this product on this list. I will not send it back and order somewhere else because it takes too long. Just go through all of your options before purchasing that particular product on that particular listing.
