They are exactly as advertised. I will never have to buy another line for the rest of my life. Ideal in every way. I will review two comments I read when deciding on this product. "He bowed." An easy fix, just hold the ends and gently press on the center until it's even. This is a thin metal, this will always be an issue that will take about 1 second to fix. "It has sharp edges." The edges are nicely rounded, but I found there were a few that needed a bit of filing to improve them. I used the file I use to trim my dog's toes. A metal nail file will likely do the job as well. I could get up from my chair to get my usual folder at the store. Basically easy to fix. I threw away the plastic sleeve for each file, but that's personal preference. In my opinion they could save money by eliminating them. I prefer to avoid plastic as much as possible. I also threw away my old plastic ruler which was absolutely poor quality in every way. Not sure how I'm going to use the included mustache transfer, but it's too cool to just throw away.
