Very good tool for HR department management. It's very easy to use even by employees without any specific training.It can be used as an intranet or web application.The system has all features required for managing human resource department.Also, it provide various modules such as recruitment,training etc which helps us to work efficiently. I like other aspects also but i don't have anything to criticize about this product. Good platform if you are looking for an affordable and effective Human Resource Management System. Easy to learn,easy to navigate through pages of different tabs of same page.Easy job posting and searching process through search bar at top left corner.it saves time when we need quick access to our records from anywhere.Very fast loading speed compared to others similar software.Good customer support service. I like how easy it was for me to learn and implement into my current system. It's very customizable. The customer support team is amazing too! Sometimes when you are trying to find something specific there can be some confusion as to where things may have moved or been renamed. This could just be our implementation but not sure if this applies across the board. We were looking for an off-the-shelf solution that would allow us to utilize HRIS functionality and integrate with our payroll.
