Professional looking results

Worked great. It took about 6 hours from preparing the dough (skins) to the filling and part with yolk, part without. We used small and medium pans because we wanted to make single serve mooncakes. The photos were taken just 24 hours after baking. The rule of thumb is to let it sit for a few days to allow the natural oils from within to seep through the skin, resulting in the usual glossy golden hue you see on store-bought cakes. Got lots of compliments from friends and family. Fun to make and gift or keep for meals. Now we are preparing for the next batch as the first one was so popular that we have already run out. Recommend this product.
