Unreliable Breakaway Collar - Avoid It!

According to my experience this collar doesn't work as it should... The breakaway feature is supposed to keep my cat safe, but it falls off easily, leaving my pet without any identification. The adjustable strap is also too flimsy, and my cat was able to slip out of it multiple times. Pet Supplies should invest in better quality products..
