Excellent! I buy 4 pieces a year - mainly to share with friends who don't know this wonderful product yet. If you shy away from making pie crusts or rolled out cookies, this is a super tool. Makes it so easy to roll out and WITHOUT ADHESIVE! Dip the sock and rolling pin cloth in flour. For the shaker, I use an old artisan parmesan cheese container. Simply sprinkle some flour on the cloth between rolling out the dough. DO NOT USE FABRIC SOFTENER OR BLEACH when washing or your cookies will taste like bleach/dish soap! If you bake a lot, instead of washing every time, just toss it in a Ziploc bag and toss in the fridge between bakes. I keep one for the gingerbread and a separate one for the sugar cookies so the spices of the gingerbread don't leach into the buttery flavors of the sugar cookies. Making cake batter is a dream. After rolling out the cake dough, simply fold it twice and place it on a cake plate.
