10 in 1…. not 11 in 1 received

The box I received says it’s a ninja creami deluxe, 10 in 1. I called ninja read them the model number NC501 and he told me, no it was not an 11 in 1…. there is a difference, but when I look on the website I cannot find an obvious difference… it’s very confusing so I don’t know what the difference is in a 10 in 1 versus an 11 in 1, but I received a 10 in 1 , but I paid for an 11 inn1!
