I liked how easy it was for me to use, as well as all of its features were very helpful in my daily work tasks. It helped us keep track of our sales performance by giving us reports about each department's activity at any given time. The interface could be improved if there are more options when you're looking through your data. Also, sometimes the software would crash or freeze up. We used this tool to help manage our customer database which allowed us to provide them with accurate information regarding their account status.
