I liked how easy it was for me to use, as well as all of its features were very helpful in my daily work tasks. It helped us keep track of our sales performance by giving us reports about each department's activity at any given time. The interface could be improved if there are more options when you're looking through your data. Also, sometimes the software would crash or freeze up.
