The ability for us to see what our clients are doing with respect to using or not using the products we sell them. Also it helps when they have questions about how things work in general which usually means I can answer those too! Sometimes there's lag time between updates but overall this software has been great at keeping me informed of my customers' activities within the system so far. We've had no problems thus far although sometimes some features do take longer than others to update. It makes sense once you get used to all its functions though. Keeping up-to-date with your customer base - especially if you're selling online services/products where people don't always use them right away.
