The ability for us to see what our clients are doing with respect to using or not using the products we sell them. Also it helps when they have questions about how things work in general which usually means I can answer those too! Sometimes there's lag time between updates but overall this software has been great at keeping me informed of my customers' activities within the system so far. The ability to track leads and follow up with them via phone and email. The dashboard is easy to navigate and provides great information on your leads. The ability to schedule follow up calls and emails is also great. The only thing I dislike about TrackMyLeads is the inability to enter new contacts into the database.

Tracking Lead progress through each stage so you know where they left off, scheduling an automated call or Email every X days/weeks which helps keep consistent contact between customer & sales rep , reporting options
Monthly totals etc..Easy integration w other platforms used at my job (Zendesk) as well!
I love how easy it was for us when setting up our account with them! All you really have too do in order get your first month or two set-up correct before we had any issues at all using this software system!! They were quick about getting everything sorted out so they can help make sure there are no problems during setup/installation phase from end users perspective like myself anyway.
So far nothing negative comes into mind but maybe more features could be included within one screen instead…
