The ability to track leads and follow up with them via phone and email. The dashboard is easy to navigate and provides great information on your leads. The ability to schedule follow up calls and emails is also great. The only thing I dislike about TrackMyLeads is the inability to enter new contacts into the database. It could be a great lead management system if it allowed users to enter contacts that are already in the database. I would highly recommend TrackMyLeads to any company that is looking for a great lead management system. We have been using TrackMyLeads for over a year now and we have seen a significant increase in our phone and email follow up.
