Product stopped working after about a week of normal use. Has not been dropped or damaged. My kids loved it, but the erase function started working erratically and then stopped working altogether. Tried turning it on and off. watch the video The battery should by no means run out in just a week, plus it's a button/round battery that's relatively expensive and cumbersome to replace. I wish the company did it right. I will update if anything changes.
