Haven't used nipple covers before but love the tape! I wore it under my sports bra and went for a run. He stayed in place even after all that bouncing and sweating. I was surprised. Just make sure you soak it in oil or warm water when you take it off or it will tear your skin, oops. I will buy more because it really works.
