Review on FEEDGEE by Matt Simpsons

I like that it is very easy to use, you can add all your contacts or customers in one place and send them an automatic message when they have not logged into their account within X days. It also has some great features such as adding photos, videos and links which makes sending messages much more interesting! The only thing that could be improved would be if there was more flexibility with how long we had to wait before people received our emails/SMSes. We are using this software for customer engagement after someone purchases something from us online so that they receive an automated reminder about their order.
