This DVR works great, the picture quality is amazing as is the customer service. I had a problem with the rear camera. in front of my truck because I drive a full size long bed truck, the customer service was quick to respond and was able to find me and send me what I need to solve the problem free of charge. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a dash cam from not only does it have a great picture but I also record sound and motion to text while your car is parked. So if someone comes up to your parked car and does damage you will see them and eat video of the incident, I received the extension cable for the camera as promised, it was late but it seemed I will keep the product, good ones Night vision works great
