I bought three of these wet room foam dispensers at our house a few weeks ago and they work great! They look good and leave no mess! This is a foam dispenser, so you cannot use liquid or gel soap, otherwise it may not work or break down. The only thing I experienced was that one of our dispensers stopped working after 3 days so I opened it up and thought something was stuck in the tube. Not sure if the air fixed it or if it wasn't seated properly, but it started to work and has been working ever since; they are all there. I recommend this product and would buy it again. My husband was pleasantly surprised and wants to buy it for friends and family. Batteries are not required, the charge lasts a long time! I've only charged it once since buying it and we've already used up a 32-ounce bottle of foaming soap. Use it according to the instructions and there will be no problems. By the way, the temperature display is a nice feature. My husband first thought I found a new product that heats soap (soap dish). He was amazed to learn that it was just a temperature gauge.
