The battery in it is an ordinary lead-acid 12v 7a brick, the same as most UPSs that are placed next to computers in offices. This is both a plus and a minus. On the one hand, it would be better if the scooter had lithium batteries, it would be lighter (but also more expensive). On the other hand, an acid battery is easy and cheap to change. I personally changed once. Pay attention to the inscription next to the charging socket that you can’t leave the idle scooter turned on. So, I left and the battery failed. I didn’t buy a branded replacement battery, it’s expensive, plus inside there was the most ordinary 12v 7a brick, which you can buy at any computer hypermarket from 600. I bought a more expensive battery. It is necessary to remove the terminals from the old battery, rearrange them to a new one, fill the contacts with hot glue, everything is easily installed in place. And, voila, the scooter is as good as new. Charges and drives even better.
