To save almost 1/3 the cost of something to be used for succulents and non-living things, we ordered from stock. It was described as used like new but with cosmetic blemishes etc. When we received it I had to make sure I didn't accidentally order a brand new one, a bit off. It was in perfect condition, as were almost all stocks I've bought. One disappointment is that the clear plastic isn't quite clear as expected, but has a slightly yellowish or greenish cast and therefore filters the sunlight a bit. With vents and hatches, tgis is great for my daughter's succulent collection and the ones she received with her. I was able to fit 20 of these with enough room to grow, but it's a bit cramped for the actual planting phase. You will eventually need to remove the lid for vertical growth, but for now this helps raise the temperature without overcooking them and also retains enough moisture to slow watering but enough for evaporation to keep them healthy .
