Smell! Pooh! The chemical smell of these shoes from the thin bag they come in is no joke. I ignored the reviews that mentioned the smell and figured I'd survive. NO. The smell is terrible. The quality is just not acceptable. They won't last in the rain or other water let alone a year of normal wear. These look like they're about to fall apart. I should have known as this is a cosplay shoe - I would only wear it for Halloween but after that it sucks! The shoes don't even have a real buckle. Impossible to find out without getting frustrated.
