When choosing which laptop to buy, I read the reviews. First of all this is not a gaming laptop, I don't think it is advertised as such. So I discounted all the disgruntled gamers who didn't want to dig into their pockets to buy a laptop designed for gaming and bought this one instead, only to be dissatisfied with the results of my short-sighted judgment and then continued to give the laptop the to blame. We're moving. I run my business from my laptop. That's what a laptop is for, for business (or private). Outstanding graphics. I run my website and accounting software on it, no problem. It's compact, feels fairly sturdy, the keyboard is backlit, and it's a good size for such a small laptop. My only criticism of this laptop is the battery as I wish it lasted longer but that seems to be an issue with most laptops. I also have a hard time plugging in a USB stick, it fits in there, but that's a problem. But overall I am very happy with this laptop. 16 GB RAM, i7 processor (11th generation), enough storage space.
