The rope is super long which is awesome for tricep extensions and the two handles are flexible and great for cable flyes or cable presses. I am a personal trainer at a smaller family-owned gym, and I have this out on the main gym floor for everyone to use and so far it has held up great. No fraying, no problems at all!
