I was looking for an inexpensive reliable smartphone with LTE. The choice fell on SAMSUNG J3, it is relatively inexpensive and has all the necessary functions. Disappointment came at one point, when I took the phone out of my pocket and found that the screen was cracked. The phone did not drop, did not beat. Heard a notification about the message got it, and there was a floating screen. The most interesting thing is that the outer protective glass is intact, and the screen under it cracked and floated, it is impossible to use! In the service center, after an EXTERNAL INSPECTION (the phone was not even opened), they gave an expert opinion: mechanical damage, violation of operating conditions and refusal to warranty repair. I contacted the SAMSUNG hotline, they said that they take care of me, but they can help only for a fee. The issue price is about 6,000, but there are no guarantees. Now I'm wondering if it's worth fixing. If anyone is interested, I can provide expert opinion.
