These puzzle mats are exactly what I needed to set up a home space to do Pure Barre online classes. The padding is very comfortable under hands and elbows for planks, without a towel or extra yoga mat needed. It's even comfy on tiptoes. Once I start to sweat a bit, the surface does become slippery under foot (like push-ups for instance), but my regular grippy socks fixed that no problem. I like the slip of it for other reasons, like easier to spin around during abs or slide into split stretches, and it's still grippy enough to hold the ball in place. The puzzle aspect is nice because, instead of doing a 6ftx8ft rectangle, I made a bit of an L-shape to fit around furniture, with two squares and 10 edges leftover. Stays in place on my hardwood flooring. Easy to wipe clean. So pleased I bought this.
