It has helped us in managing our work load effectively & easily by creating task lists, assigning them to team members (with due dates) for each department which helps me prioritize my tasks accordingly with deadlines etc.

I also like its user friendly interface where i can access it from anywhere anytime without even having internet connection! Nothing much at this point of time but they should really improve their UI/UX so that end users don't have any complaints or issues regarding navigation within application. We use rokit to manage all IT related problems faced during projects such as project estimation, resource allocation, change requests handling, issue tracking etc., Also we are able to share information across functional areas through ROKIt's internal messaging feature to keep everyone informed about current status of ongoing initiatives.We now spend less amount of time searching relevant documents when needed.
