I bought this for my husband as a Christmas present. He's Turkish and drinks tea all day and I needed to make room on my stove top and this double kettle looked great, had a US voltage plug and was just how my husband liked it! But unfortunately it was a big disappointment. The top teapot is not good quality ceramic - as if it is very thin and the handle is very hot. The lower water tank gets very hot on the outside and I burn my fingers almost every time I try to reach the on/off button. The upper metal part, where the ceramic teapot stands, is completely rusted. Rust appeared after a few weeks of use. I paid for the Revain extended warranty. Let's see how it works.
