If you need teflon tape for sealing, no problem, just use more of it!

Looks like metal but the case is made of plastic. You will need a lot of teflon tape before putting it on the compressor and hoses. Cheap and does what it's supposed to.

Fits on front of compressor enabling use of two different airbrushes and no leaking air.

Fit fine with no leaks. I did use Teflon tape but I always do that anyway.
