Well, nothing special. The lock on my trailer is broken and I live full time. A replacement was therefore needed which was sent to me asap. Ordered, received within 48 hours, excellent. ---But then I looked at what was sent and it turned out that the part was broken (the latch lever was broken). Luckily the part that broke wasn't what broke on the original and I was able to swap out the parts. So I have a working solution. Reading other reviews and looking at the lock used I understand how risky a quality item is (I use the chromed version which could be a stronger metal); but given the need for the part, we have no choice. The solution is to buy a $4 extended warranty that covers that $40 part for 4 years. This way I get my money back and a replacement if it breaks on mine.
