Review on πŸ”₯ Enhance Your F-150's Ride Quality with Firestone 2525 Ride Rite Springs by Gary Duncan

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great addition to my F-150!

I have a 2500 lb implement trailer that (loaded) lowered the rear of my F-150 a good 6 inches, which was too low for me. I want the truck to be at least level when towed. So I wanted something that would improve rear sag, increase cargo capacity, and allow me to raise and lower the rear depending on the load. These Firestone airbags did just that! I can air them down to 40-50psi when loaded and the truck is a little higher in the back and at the same time have a nice smooth ride. When I'm not towing I drop the pressure to 10-15psi and the truck sits at stock height BUT you will immediately notice a huge improvement in the ride. It may just be my truck, but I've always had this little cab that bounced. after hitting a bump. This is transmitted to the cockpit almost like a bump. These airbags eliminated that entirely. They literally made the back of the truck feel like it was riding on air. Firm but comfortable handling. Much better than OEM in my opinion. In terms of load capacity, I've towed up to 6 pallets of turf twice on my implement trailer and skid steer and the truck doesn't sit low in the back. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend them if you pull or pull a lot of weight.
