Easy installation and excellent performance
Needed to connect an old vinyl cutter to a modern Windows PC. The cutter only had a serial port, no USB ports. Added this on a windows pc and was able to get the cutter up and running again. Very happy with the ease of installation and performance. This was a much cheaper alternative than buying a new cutter.
- Works as a standard RS-232 port or with 5V or 12V output power for devices that require power (e.g. handheld scanners, desktop scanners, POS displays, etc.) , Output power is configurable via jumpers. PCI Support Bus Power Management Interface Specification, Revision 1.2.
