Definitely not happy with this purchase

Realized I don't need them and can't return them so beware the buyer. He also says they are 1-1.5 inches tall and are all 1.5 inches tall. I needed 1" dowel and had to cut them to size. I'm definitely not happy with this purchase even though it wasn't "expensive".
