I got this Lepro LED lantern specifically for camping. We like to set a light on the picnic table of our campsite and this does that job quite well. It has a solid rubber base so it won't slip and slide all over. It also feels tough; I don't think it would break if it fell from the table to the ground. It's also super bright! When it's on full LED power, it's really too bright to look at. There isn't really a low or dim setting: it's just super bright, or bright. The red lights work as well. It came with a USB-c cable so that was nice. Two of the lantern LEDs slide out to make individual flashlights. That is nice. The individual flashlights have hooks and magnets on them. The hooks are better than nothing, but not very adjustable. (Note: you can use the lantern even if the individual flashlights aren't in it.) The lantern also has two strong wire "wings" (not sure what to call them) that spread out. I'm not 100% sure what they're for but they do allow you to lean the lantern sideways and possibly hang it on something if you have a clip or string.A few negatives: 1) I wish the power button glowed in the dark. 2) I wish there were a very dim setting for a night light. 3) I wish the hooks on the flashlights were more adjustable.Anyway, it is a good camping lantern!
