I got this Lepro LED lantern specifically for camping. We like to set a light on the picnic table of our campsite and this does that job quite well. It has a solid rubber base so it won't slip and slide all over. It also feels tough; I don't think it would break if it fell from the table to the ground. It's also super bright! I bought this as a power outage back up. I didn’t actually have to use it for that yet. I did charge it up and checked out all the parts. The only thing I did notice is that the small handheld lights that pop off of it are just a bit stiff, so it’s not easy to just get them to go off and on to the main body of the lantern.For the price, it’s okay. This has four different light choices, including partially lit, totally lit, red, and emergency blinking. The white lights are very bright, especially when fully lit. It came partially charged already. However, the two "break away" flashlights are not rechargeable but require 3 AAA batteries to work when off the main light. On the main light their sides light up when you choose the second selection of fully lit. Kind of neat to have them stowed away just in case you need them.

The light is surely bright for what it's worth, however like many others have said. The detachable torches need batteries which is sort of a bummer. I'm also not sure about the 7hrs on full power time. Mine doesn't seem to last that long. Will update when I do a comprehensive test. But it's a good product in all.
